Per diem, up to 30 hours a week. Schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends); hours may vary.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibilities include reviewing, verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information, collecting patient payments, resolving registration-related edits and acting as a liaison between clinics and patients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Employee will be present in a clinical and outpatient setting which has high patient volume. Must be able to work in a busy environment with multiple interactions happening simultaneously. The role requires multi-tasking, attention to detail, and listening skills. Employees will interact with patients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Knowing multiple languages is a plus.
