The Patient Access Representative III is assigned to the Emergency Department and is responsible for accurately collecting and analyzing all required demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data elements necessary to register patients presenting for treatment. The incumbent provides routine and advanced level patient access activities to facilitate efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement and optimal consumer satisfaction, and to promote teamwork. The incumbent further supports the mission of Enloe Medical Center, which is to improve the quality of life through patient‑centered care, consistently demonstrating the core values of the institution and performing duties in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements and the Medical Center’s Code of Conduct.
