Compensation and Shift

Compensation range: $21.82 - $29.45. Pay based on applicable experience. Shift: PMs. Shift length: 10 hours. Days off: Variable. Hours per pay period: 80.

Position Summary

The Patient Access Representative III is assigned to the Emergency Department and is responsible for accurately collecting and analyzing all required demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical data elements necessary to register patients presenting for treatment. The incumbent provides routine and advanced‑level patient access activities to facilitate efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement, optimal consumer satisfaction, and teamwork. They further the mission of Enloe Medical Center to improve the quality of life through patient‑centered care, consistently demonstrate core values, and perform duties in accordance with regulatory compliance and the Medical Center’s Code of Conduct.

Education / Training / Experience

• Competency as Patient Access Representative I or II at Enloe Medical Center
• 6 months in a hospital patient registration position
• 2 years of patient registration experience in a doctor’s office or medical setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
