Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Patient Support Specialist to guide patients through copay assistance programs, ensuring easy access to medications. You will interact with patients, physicians, and pharmacies, focusing on empathy and exceptional service throughout the patient journey.

The role involves handling calls, supporting program information and reimbursement needs, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, while contributing to a positive, compliant patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in health care or case management in a high-volume contact center is preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, health care insurance, and/or medical billing is a plus.
• Fluency in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls to assist patients, physicians, and pharmacies with access to care and reimbursement needs.
• Escalate requests as needed and coordinate with Program Management and IT to resolve issues.
• Perform additional tasks and support other departments as needed.
• Demonstrate empathy and focus on a smooth patient experience throughout the program.
