• Job Knowledge: Strong organizational abilities, professional customer service, and accurate keyboarding; teamwork and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and obtain financial reimbursement for services.
• Review account information to optimize collections and expedite reimbursement.
• Explain and obtain signatures on legal forms and registration materials.
• Perform financial counseling when appropriate.
