• Critical point person for reimbursement and acquisition logistics of a high-touch biologic medication.
• Educate patients on Buy/Bill processes, SP understanding, expectations and logistics; reinforce timely follow-up communications.
• Coordinate with Keenova's patient support program representatives as needed.
• Educate patients on Buy/Bill process, patient assistance and reimbursement support services.
• Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities for process improvements and improved access outcomes.
