• Some college coursework is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients following Conifer Standards of Care and complete full patient registration at date of service.
• Educate patients about financial liabilities and ensure compliant collection techniques.
• Obtain insurance verification, benefits, coverage and eligibility, and arrange authorizations for services.
