Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or medical office.
• EPIC applications, including scheduling, registration, billing, order communications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle registrations, scheduling, time-of-service collections, and obtaining authorizations.
• Provide same-day admission notification to payers.
• Offer friendly, courteous assistance to patients and support to the clinical care team.
