Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Healthcare office experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-admitting, admitting, and registering patients.
• Interview patients for demographic and financial information.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain financial requirements.
• Collect patient portions prior to or at time of service.
• Obtain signatures and scan documents into the patient record.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
