Responsibilities

• Handle registration and insurance verification as assigned in designated areas.
• Provide reception duties and route customers courteously and efficiently.
• Operate the switchboard in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist patients with filling out forms and provide information about services.
• Serve as a liaison with hospital departments and physician offices to facilitate patient information.
