Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and register patients across multiple computer systems
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly
• Support timely access to care by minimizing delays in registration
• Build trust with patients during moments of illness or anxiety
• Navigate insurance plans, enter demographics, collect co-pays, and provide price estimates
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow
