Responsibilities

• Monitor registration activities in assigned area(s) to ensure completion of registration and collection duties.
• Obtain demographic, billing and insurance information and prepare consent forms and patient armbands.
• Assist in training employees and educating staff on changes to their role.
• Coordinate daily downtime procedures and adjust templates as needed.
• Organize daily tasks to optimize productivity, accountability and efficiency.
