Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide quality service to the community.
• Process admission paperwork and verify insurance details for billing.
• Answer internal and external calls in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with patient flow and bed placement.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle other duties as assigned.
