Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Provides friendly, professional customer service by greeting patients and the community.
• Answers calls and routes them, schedules patients, and enters information for scheduling in the system.
• Processes patient registration, verifies demographics and insurance information.
• Obtains referrals, pre-certifications when applicable, and assists with referrals and follow-up appointments.
