Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with patient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front desk is a plus.
• Pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems to register patients and gather accurate information.

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients and families with the check-in process across multiple systems.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing delays in registration with confidence and compassion.

• Navigate insurance plans, enter demographics, and collect co-pays with cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
