• Healthcare or patient registration experience preferred.
• Strong typing, telephone, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately enter and verify patient demographics, insurance, physician, and financial information.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy requirements, and confidentiality standards.
• Ability to obtain required patient signatures and complete registration documentation accurately.
• Ability to follow insurance verification and payer requirements.
• Ability to collect patient payments and explain financial assistance options.

Responsibilities
