Formación

• High School or GED (Required).
• One to two years of experience in a medical office setting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately identifies patient in EMR system.
• Obtains and enters patient demographic and financial information.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and processes authorizations.
• Generates patient estimates and discusses billing procedures.
• Escorts or transports patients as needed.
• Supports clinical staff with administrative duties.
