Allina Health is seeking a Clinic Business Representative Associate to warmly greet patients, conduct registrations, and ensure accurate demographic and insurance data entry into the EMR. You will support phone inquiries, guide patients to appointments, collect co-pays, and help maintain a tidy, efficient lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with basic competencies as listed in the job description.
• Minimum 1 year computer knowledge and familiarity with registration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in person or by phone and register them accurately.
• Collect demographic and insurance data and enter into the EMR system.
• Assist patients with telephone encounters and provide information as needed.
• Direct patients to appointments or procedures and collect co-pays.
• Support end-of-day reconciliation and general lobby organization.
