• Experience with EMR systems (EPIC preferred) and MS Office.
• Successful completion of the data entry standard administered by CRMC HR.
• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.

• Process patient registrations accurately and efficiently at point of entry.
• Engage with patients and representatives while maintaining privacy and discretion.
• Coordinate with billing, coding, and registration teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage high-stress situations and maintain courteous service.
