Job summary

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) welcomes you to join our patient access team. As a Patient Access Specialist-Registration, you will handle registrations with accuracy, protect patient privacy, and coordinate with billing and coding to ensure smooth entry for all patients.

You will interact with patients and representatives, manage data, and support the hospital admitting department in delivering compassionate, efficient service amid a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and privacy protocols.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, EMR systems (EPIC preferred), and multi-line phone system.
• Successful completion of data entry standard administered by CRMC Human Resources Staff

Responsibilities

• Process patient registrations accurately and efficiently at the point of entry.
• Collaborate with billing, coding, and other registration staff to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
