Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and doctor orders within 24 hours.
• Register patients accurately in iCare and post payments.
• Verify insurance and authorization as needed.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Assist with onboarding training of new staff.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies.
