Responsabilités

• Obtains or validates patient information and registers patients into the software system with a high level of customer service.
• Ensures all necessary demographic and financial data are obtained and documented into the system.
• Maintains patient safety and confidentiality of PHI.
• Works daily reports and account work queues to ensure data integrity of registrations.
• Handles patient inquiries related to registration.
• Calculates payment information and accepts funds for Time of Service collections.
• Adheres to EMTALA rules during ED and Obstetrics registrations.
• Completes forms and collects documents as needed based on registration type.
