• Registers patients and obtains/validates demographic and financial data.
• Works daily reports and account queues to ensure data integrity.
• Ensures EMTALA compliance when registering patients through ED and OB.
• Calculates payment information and accepts funds for time-of-service collections.
• Maintains patient safety and confidentiality of PHI.
• Handles patient inquiries related to registration.
