• Works daily reports and queues to ensure data integrity in registration.
• Handles patient inquiries related to registration and payment details.
• Calculates payment information and processes Time of Service collections.
• Adheres to EMTALA rules when registering patients in ED and Obstetrics.
• Completes forms and collects documents as required by the registration type.
