Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Medical Receptionist for the Nashville, IN area. The role is PRN with hours from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, located at the Primary Care Building in Nashville, IN.

You will facilitate patient flow, gather information for accurate records, schedule appointments, explain charges, and collect payments while answering calls and directing visitors. Healthcare experience and basic coding knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Ability to learn medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) preferred.
• Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and visitors.
