• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow from entry to destination in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Obtains information to generate accurate financial and demographic records for patients to maximize reimbursement and outcomes.
• Schedules appointments, interviews patients for medical information, explains charges and policies, and processes charges in systems.
• Answers incoming calls and directs patients and visitors appropriately.
