Job summary

Endeavor Health Naperville is seeking a Patient Access Representative to handle in- and out-patient registrations and patient data entry. The role requires attention to detail in collecting demographics and insurance information, and to assist with payment arrangements.

The position is full-time with daytime hours and on-site work in Naperville. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, healthcare registration experience, strong data entry skills, and knowledge of health insurance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Driver's license required if off-site duties are performed.
• Experience in healthcare registration or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-registrations and registrations for in-patient and outpatient services.
• Handle order management, charge capture and cash collections.
• Collect and verify demographic, insurance and clinical data from multiple sources.
• Explain revenue cycle processes to patients and assist with payment options.
