Qualifications

• Associates Degree Health Administration required.
• Experience in patient access, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience using patient registration and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during registration.
• Enter demographic and insurance information into the EHR system.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with departments.
• Verify contact information and appointment details.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Collaborate with insurance and billing teams on issues.
• Explain registration, scheduling, and financial responsibilities to patients.
• Communicate clearly with patients to answer questions.
