Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative in Addison, IL to perform pre-registrations and registrations for in-patient, out-patient, and emergency services. You will manage data entry, verify insurance information, and assist patients with billing options.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate degree in business or healthcare and 1–2 years of registration or patient accounts experience. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare registration, scheduling, and patient accounts is preferred.
• Strong data entry, keyboarding, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely pre-registrations, registrations, and charge capture for in-patient and out-patient services.
• Collect and record demographic, insurance, and clinical data from multiple sources.
• Assist patients with payment options and understand hospital revenue cycle expectations.
