Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative in Addison, IL to handle pre-registrations, registrations, and charge capture with accurate data entry for in-patient, out-patient, and ER services.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, knowledge of health insurance, and strong data entry skills. This is a full-time position with Monday–Friday hours 8:00 am–4:30 pm and rotating Saturdays, offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business or healthcare preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required if duties are performed at an off-site location and related coverage proof may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-patient, out-patient, ER, immediate care and same day surgery pre-registrations, registrations, order management, charge capture, cash collection and data entry in medical information systems.
