Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service experience is required.
• Medical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients as they check into the hospital.
• Answer questions during registration and address patient concerns with empathy.
• Collect information accurately and quickly across multiple systems.
• Type efficiently and answer phones while navigating clinical workflows.
