R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Patient Registration - Customer Service Representative to assist patients checking into hospitals and clinics. You will collect information accurately, listen with compassion, and help ease patient anxiety in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided for healthcare specifics. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and are comfortable using multiple computer systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service experience is required.
• Preferred: Medical experience.
• No healthcare experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during check-in and registration.
• Collect accurate information across multiple systems and screens.
• Listen with empathy to address fears and questions and reduce anxiety.
• Work in a fast-paced hospital/lab environment with occasional interruptions.
