Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help patients check into Ascension Via Christi hospitals. This PRN role is fast-paced and requires you to multi-task, type quickly, and answer phones while collecting information across several screens.

No healthcare experience is required. You must be up to date on vaccinations, pass a drug test and a background check. Training will cover registration procedures and patient communication; base pay ranges from $16.50 to $20.66 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Preferred: Medical experience.
