Providence Tarzana Medical Center is seeking a patient registration professional to greet and process patients accurately. You will conduct patient interviews, explain hospital policies, and collect demographic and financial data in the ADT system, ensuring correct payor routing and obtaining required pre-certifications.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire.
• Coursework/Training: Some College.
• Certified Patient Account Tech certification (preferred).
• 2 years of experience in a hospital, similar medical setting, or physician's office.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients in a pleasant, professional, and timely manner.
• Conduct patient/guarantor interviews and explain policies and patient rights.
• Document demographic and financial data into the ADT system.
• Identify payor sources and obtain necessary pre-certifications/authorizations.
