Job summary

Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Patient Registration Representative to welcome patients and ensure a positive registration experience through excellent customer service.

You will identify patients, collect demographics, verify insurance, determine financial liability, and explain hospital policies and patient rights to families, while maintaining accuracy in the ADT system and supporting regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospital patient registration or related roles preferred.
• Experience in processing financial payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately in the ADT system at registration.
• Collect demographics, verify insurance, and determine financial liability.
• Explain hospital policies and patient rights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of registration requirements (Main Admitting, OP, ED, etc.).
• Ensure CMS billing requirements compliance and documentation.
