Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in medical registration or insurance verification.
• Experience with EMR and practice management systems (HST preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Open the center and oversee patient registration.
• Verify demographics and insurance information, including documentation requirements.
• Enter and scan patient data into HST; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with scheduling, pre-op, and business office to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with front desk operations and patient experience.
