Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; advanced degree given preference.
• Basic Life Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling resources for patient appointments.
• Manage communication tools for patient scheduling requests by patients and care teams.
• Handle pre-registration review for insurance verification for upcoming appointments.
• Coordinate follow-up appointment requests.
• Retrieve payment information for services including co-pays and upfront collections.
• Collect required documentation for registration compliance.
• Scan registration documents into the electronic health record.
• Review insurance tiering for correct payor assignment and verify eligibility.
• Communicate with peers, patients, and care teams via multiple channels.
