Qualifications

• A recent healthcare office program certificate may substitute for experience.
• Prior experience in a medical, behavioral health or dental office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients and route to appropriate services.
• Post payments and manage cash drawer; collect co-pays.
• Operate front-desk equipment and maintain waiting area.
• Answer multiple phone lines and schedule appointments.
