Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required; two years of college preferred.
• Experience in patient registration, verification and authorization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and collect co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance.
• Verify benefits for non pre-registered patients and obtain signatures on required forms.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Communicate with clinical staff to obtain appointments and ensure smooth patient flow.
