Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in customer service preferred.
• BLS certification may be obtained during probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collects and enters patient demographics, insurance and financial information.
• Schedules and manages appointments, including reminders and follow-ups.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and handles co-pays and cash deposits.
• Provides courteous, professional service and aids patient flow.
• Answers multi-line phones and coordinates with clinical staff via EHR or messages.
• Coordinates care tasks such as obtaining medical records and routing documents.
