Job summary

Mon Marion Neighborhood Hospital is seeking a Registration Representative to greet patients, collect accurate demographic and insurance data, and manage the full registration process at our ambulatory clinics.

You will support daily clinic operations, answer phones, and help ensure efficient patient flow and accurate billing, delivering an exceptional patient experience from the first contact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Prior experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience with computers and handling multi-line telephones desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately obtains, verifies, and enters patient demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments; may perform reminder calls.
• Provides courteous, respectful service to patients and visitors.
• Answers multi-line phones and supports clinic operations to improve patient flow.
• Coordinates care tasks including obtaining medical records and routing documents.
