CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative at St. Catherine Hospital - Dodge City to support a positive patient journey through organized, compliant, and courteous service.

You will pre-admit, admit, and register patients, collecting demographic and financial information and explaining financial requirements. In this role, you will verify insurance eligibility, collect patient portions, and mentor new associates while maintaining strong attention to detail and effective

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare office experience a plus; familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently completes patient registration accurately and courteously.
• Verifies insurance benefits and documents eligibility according to standards.
• Collects patient portions prior to or at time of service as applicable.
• Obtains signatures, verifies information, and scans documents into the electronic record.
• Maintains accuracy within departmental guidelines and ensures patient confidentiality.
