Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in an office clerical or customer service environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and website navigation.
• Excellent problem solving, conflict management, time management, and written/oral communication skills.
• Complete revenue cycle training and certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each registered patient has a complete and accurate OSF medical record including demographics, insurance, and guarantor information.
• Explain services and financial responsibilities to patients; assist with registration and records accuracy.
