Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes patient demographic and payor data to achieve optimal reimbursement for the MetroHealth System (MHS).
• Ensures appropriate patient registration, scheduling, precertification and authorization for services.
• Upholds the standards of the system wide customer service standards of the Metro Health System.
