• Communicate financial responsibilities and collect payments as appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and revise patient appointments to support access to care.
• Identify and resolve routine registration and insurance discrepancies, escalate complex issues.
• Provide patient-facing support via telephone and other approved channels.
