• Registers patients and collects copay and deductible amounts.
• Answers phone courteously and addresses inquiries promptly.
• Identifies uninsured or under-insured patients and refers to Financial Counselor.
• Maintains positive relations with patients, clinical staff, and management.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as needed.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and multitask.
