Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive patient experience by registering patients.
• Gather complete demographic and insurance information.
• Identify uninsured patients for referral to Medical Assistance/Charity Care evaluation.
• Retrieve orders, confirm medical necessity and answer phones for outpatient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage, referrals, and authorizations; collect out-of-pocket liability at time of service.
