Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and verifies identity.
• Gathers demographic and insurance information from patients and families.
• Verifies insurance coverage, collects copays, and answers phones for outpatient visits.
