Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create the initial electronic health record for patients.
• Check in and register patients; collect demographics and insurance details.
• Explain financial responsibilities and assist with payments as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Coordinate scheduling and provide directions and assistance to patients.
• Manage electronic work queues per department procedures.
