• Register patients, collect demographics and insurance information, and collect co‑pays.
• Explain insurance concepts and discuss financial responsibilities with patients.
• Explain HIPAA/EMTALA rules and obtain signatures as required.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and provide clear patient instructions.
• Provide welcoming, professional service and handle calls and messages.
• Manage electronic health record queues according to approved processes.
